More like Queen City of the Philippines! Cebuana beauty, Tracy Maureen Perez, took home the crown on Sunday night, October 3, 2021, at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center; alongside fellow Cebuana, Shaila Rebortera who won Miss Multinational Philippines 2021, and will represent the country at the 70th Miss World pageant on December 16, 2021 in Puerto Rico. She succeeds reigning queen Michelle Dee who was crowned Miss World Philippines back in 2019.
Perez had also received awards like “Ms. Bench Body or Best in Swimsuit” award, “Miss Bluewater Day Spa”, “Miss Artopian International”, “Miss Bench”, and “Miss Derma Fix”. In the question-and-answer portion, she flawlessly delivered her opinions when asked by Elisse Joson; who was a judge on the competition, about what everyone should learn from the pandemic. “After this pandemic, I hope that we never take for granted the family we have, taking care of our health, and taking care of the people that protect us – our leaders, our front liners. We should always give importance to those people. We may not see the efforts that they give out, but most definitely they are our modern heroes, and for that we should always be grateful. We should always stick with them and pray for them.” She answered.

- First Princess – Riana Pangindian from Pasig City
- Second Princess – Ganiel Krishnan from Kawit, Cavite
Tracy Maureen Perez of Cebu will be representing the Philippines in the Miss World 2021 pageant on December 16, 2021 which will be held at Coliseo de Puerto Rico Jose Miguel Agrelot, the largest indoor venue in Puerto Rico.
